DAY & TIME: Sundays from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

FORMAT: 7v7 Coed (including keeper) | 2 male maximum | Flip leagues have a 2 male maximum on the pitch, inverting the traditional representation seen on most coed pitches.
ROSTER SIZE: 14 players | Each team receives 14 jerseys | Jersey size distributions are based on the overall profile of the league and are the same for each team | Please note: we cannot accommodate jersey swaps.
